Ohio Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System

The Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence is a statewide coalition that supports rape crisis centers around the state of Ohio. We advocate for comprehensive responses and rape crisis services for survivors and empower communities to prevent sexual violence.

At OAESV, we provide many services, including training for advocates and preventionists, technical assistance for local programs, systems advocacy, public policy work and much more.

Our vision is to end sexual violence in Ohio and beyond, and survivors are always at the center of that work. We work toward this vision with an anti-oppression, intersectional perspective.

Individuals who have been sexually assaulted deserve to know what is happening with their collected evidence. The Attorney General’s Office is rolling out the final phases of the Ohio Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System and we want to ensure all advocates are equipped to assist survivors in operating this online system to track the status of sexual assault evidence kits (SAEKs). Please join us as we hear from Sandy Huntzinger, the Victim Service Coordinator in the Crime Victim Section at the AGO, about this new kit tracking system.
