"Criminal Influence: Discretionary Points & Police Cooperation" of Our Excellence in Legal Advocacy Series

For one week, our legal team will travel to one region of Ohio each day and deliver "Criminal Influence: Discretionary Points & Police Cooperation", which is a part of our Excellence in Legal Advocacy training series.

The law is written in constitutions, statutes, and precedents. Yet these laws are enacted by individuals making discretionary choices at specific points in the process. Police are critical to the safety of communities and prosecution of perpetrators. Join us for this day-long training teaching about discretionary points and working with police.
